Custom duties
For orders being delivered overseas, please be aware that custom duty may be payable on receipt at local rate.
Availability of goods
All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
Delivery
All delivery addresses will be copied as per the customer input. All items must be signed for upon delivery if appropriate. If however you are not available, a card will be posted through your door and the parcel must be collected from your local Parcel force delivery office within 7 working days. In the event that either of the above is not carried out by the customer the parcel will be returned to our offices and an additional postage supplement will be charged to the customer at our standard postage rates.
Shortages
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the delivery or carrier consignment note. If you suspect that there are items missing from the delivery, first check that the order has not been partly shipped. Any shortage must be noted on the delivery note must be notified to us within 2 days.
Non-Deliveries
Where appropriate all items must be signed for by the customer upon delivery – however in the event of an item going missing in transit we will use the track and trace service offered by our courier company. If the parcel is not recovered we will resend the items at no cost to the customer.
Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for any delay or failure in carrying out our duties under this Agreement if the delay or failure is caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances include civil commotion, riots, flood, drought, fire, the postal service, the courier service, strikes, and machine breakdowns. You must allow us reasonable time to carry out our duties in these circumstances.
